Eyesafe Warranty & Return Policy
Below is Healthe’s Warranty & Return Policy for Direct Consumer Customers (“Consumer Customers”) with regard to HEALTHE-branded screen EYESAFE Products sold for use on PC’s, monitors, laptops and mobile devices (tablets; smartphones) (collectively “EyeSafe Products”).
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
Healthe believes you will love you new EyeSafe screen cover. Your eyes will thank you! But if you’re not satisfied, you may return the EyeSafe Product for any reason during the 30-DAY PERIOD following the date of purchase. If the EyeSafe Product is unopened and in saleable condition, Healthe will refund the amount you paid for the EyeSafe Product, less shipping costs. At your request, we can apply this refund toward the purchase price of a different EyeSafe Product. If the EyeSafe Product is returned opened (with all contents) during the 30-day period, Healthe will be happy to deliver to you a replacement EyeSafe Product of similar value. In our discretion, we may cover the replacement shipping costs.
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
In addition to the foregoing 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, Healthe warrants EyeSafe Products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use on a single device for the life of the single device used with the EyeSafe Product. If a valid warranty claim is made, Healthe, at its option, will either (1) replace the EyeSafe Product, or (2) exchange the EyeSafe Product with one of equal value. Healthe will cover the replacement or exchange shipping costs for any valid warranty claims.
Other Important Warranty Terms:
The above warranty applies to EyeSafe Products when sold to Consumer Customers, whether by Healthe through its website, eyesafe.com. EyeSafe Products purchased through any other channel or for enterprise use are covered by the warranties provided with such EyeSafe Products, not those stated herein. Please contact the seller with regard to their return policies and procedures.This warranty is non-transferable and is only available to the original Consumer Customer who purchased the EyeSafe Products.
This warranty only covers EyeSafe Products when packaged or when installed on a single device. This warranty does not apply to damage to EyeSafe Products resulting from installation errors or from cleaning or cleaning fluids except those expressly recommended by Healthe. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of a EyeSafe Product during use. This warranty does not cover damage to any devices used in connection with a EyeSafe Product. Any use of a EyeSafe Product outside its intended use will void any applicable warranty.
For all returns (30-day or warranty), please use the return address and label included on the packing list in your original EyeSafe Product shipment. If you do not have such packing list, please send your EyeSafe Product and any existing packaging with copy of payment receipt or other proof of purchase to the following address:

This will allow you to identify the problems your experienced with the product. Healthe will then evaluate the product for defects and replace as appropriate consistent with the above terms.

HEALTHE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, AND LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS. HEALTHE’S WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY THIRD PARTY DEVICES OR THE PROPERTY OF ANY CUSTOMER OR USER. ANY ALTERATION, CHANGE, MODIFICATION, OR REPAIR (OTHER THAN REPLACEMENT OF A REPLACEABLE COMPONENT) MADE TO THE EYESAFE PRODUCT BY A PARTY OTHER THAN HEALTHE OR HEALTHE’S AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY. HEALTHE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT FOR SUSPECTED FRAUD OR ABUSE OF HEALTHE’S WARRANTY POLICIES CONTAINED HEREIN. HEALTHE’S WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HEALTHE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF THE LAW PROHIBITS HEALTHE FROM DISCLAIMING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATIONS REFERRED TO HITHERTO.
HEALTHE RESELLERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATIONS, ADDITIONS OR EXTENSIONS TO HEALTHE’S WARRANTY. HEALTHE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS OF ITS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES WITHOUT NOTICE.
